25 Tips for Succeeding in Your OCD Treatment

As I have said before when I was growing up with OCD I was lucky enough to have a family who supported me and did as much research as possible to better understand what I was going through. They got me involved in Therapy and as I got older I learned to use Therapy as an amazing tool to help me and understood exactly what it could do for me. However it wasnt always like that. When I was a child into my early teens I saw therapy as a chore, not doing the work that was assigned, and not being honest about what is actuallly going on. It was a lot of wasted years and money.

Below is an article by Fred Penzel, PhD with some tips for succeedeing in OCD Treatment. Some of them I am not 100% on board with, but what might work or not work for me might be work or not work for you, so take a look and hopefully a few of these tips can help.
