About Me

My name is Ryan Glubo and thank you for visiting Enso of Hope. This site was created with 1 goal in mind: To spread mental health awareness and let you know you are not alone.

As someone who grew up with OCD and Anxiety since 5 years old, I understand how difficult and lonely it can be. From washing my hands until they bled to counting and so much more, I have been through nearly every phase that OCD has to offer. I know well that every time you think you have seen it all, something new pops up. I have been extremely lucky to have the support of my family growing up and now am married to a loving and supportive spouse. I have also been very fortunate to have the support and guidance to work through much of my OCD and Anxiety so that now, I am in a place where I am able to manage it (most days). Despite the progress I have made, I understand deeply that it is work every day to keep OCD and Anxiety in check to make sure it doesn’t come back full force.

From being afraid to talk about struggles with friends or family, to making it difficult to work or even leave the house, after running my support group for over 6 years I have heard it all. Many around the world are struggling and are still afraid to discuss Mental Health openly. This is why Enso of Hope was created. This site not only offers the support group twice a month, but will also offer articles, videos/sessions from trained Therapists as well as  1 on 1 sessions with me to provide a forum where you can feel safe to share without fear of judgement. Though the fight continues to end the stigma of mental health, for now I hope you find value, comfort and community from this site and can get as much out of it as you can. And most importantly, know you are not alone.
